摘要
耐磨涂层具有摩擦系数低、承受载荷大、适用温度范围宽等优点,在航空航天、民用机械等领域获得了广泛的应用。本文按基体材料的不同,综述了粘接耐磨涂层的研究进展和发展趋势,着重介绍了材料的制备工艺和成分设计,并简要概述了最新的应用进展。
Abrasion resistant coatings with the advantages of low friction coefficient, high bearing capacity and wide of range application temperature have been widely applied in aerospace and civil mechanical fields. According to the matrix material type, the research progress and development trends were reviewed, especially on preparation of the materials and their components design. The latest application progress was also summarized.
