术后系统康复治疗对经皮激光间盘减压术疗效的影响(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价系统康复治疗对经皮激光间盘减压术(PLDD)术后疗效的影响。方法:将198例行PLDD手术的患者分为2组,A组为术后未采用系统康复治疗病例共68例;B组为术后接受系统康复治疗病例共130例。随访时间为6个月~2年。对术后腰(腿)痛和疗效进行分析。结果:术后6个月两组患者腰(腿)痛程度明显减轻,术后2年B组的腰(腿)痛和疗效都比A组好,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:系统康复治疗对提高PLDD术后长期疗效具有重要意义。 Aim To evaluate the influence of systemi c rehabilitation on per-cutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD).Methods 198cases underwent PLDD were divided into two groups.Gr oup A:68patients had not receivedpostoperatived systemic rehabilitation as control;Group B:130patien ts had received postoperative systemic re habilitation.Followed up for 6mont hs to 2years,low back or leg pain and the therapeutic results were analysed.Results Low back or leg pain was relieved 6mon ths after operation in both groups;2years after operation the outcome in group B were better than those in grou p A.there was a significant difference b etween group B and A(P<0.05).Con-clustion Systemic rehabilitation plays an im portant role in improving long-term results of PLDD.
