摘要
目的 了解西安咸阳空港口岸鼠类体外寄生螨类的基本情况 ,为今后开展传染病预防工作 ,制定灭鼠杀虫除害工作方案打下良好基础。方法 2 0 0 0年 11月至 2 0 0 1年 10月 ,按照不同功能区域分别用鼠夹捕鼠 ,将捕获的死鼠连同鼠夹一起放入白色鼠袋中 ,喷洒杀虫剂熏蒸杀灭鼠体外寄生虫 ,用镊子在鼠耳、鼻、脑下及腹股沟等部位搜检鼠体外寄生虫 ,并制作标本进行鉴定。结果 从体外分检出大量的螨类 ,经鉴定有 17种 ,以革螨为主 ,填补了西安咸阳国际机场口岸螨类种类名录的空白。结论 西安咸阳空港口岸鼠类体外寄生有大量螨类 ,对其进行监测。
Objective For the sake of the basic circumstance of the acaird species lived outside the rat in the XiAn-Xianyang airport,constitute all right foundation to establish project of the killing rat and destroying insects to prevent infectious disease for the future.Method We investigated the acarid species outside the rat from the 2000 Novenber to the 2001 October.According to the different function district,catch the rat with rat-Clip,and to put the clip and the dead rat into the white rat-bag that succeed in catching,and spray the insecticide to kill the parasite outside rat,and search ear,nose,armpit and groin of the rat with forceps,search the parasite outside rat,and create the specimen to proceed authenticate.Results Find large number of the acarid,and was authenticated to have 17 blank,filling up the blank of acarid species category of the XiAn-Xianyang international airport.Conclusion There are large number of the acarid species lived outside the rat in the XiAn-Xianyang airport,It is necessary to supervise and control it for pveventing epidemie hemorrhage feveret infeclious disease.
