记述采自湖北西部厚厉螨属PachylaelapsBerlese,18881新种 ,巴东厚厉螨P .badongensissp .nov .,赫刺螨属HirstionyssusFonseca ,194 81新种 ,差毛赫刺螨H .anisochaetussp .nov .和下盾螨属HypoaspisCanestrini,1884 1新种 ,五峰下盾螨H .wufengensissp .nov .,文中描述了新种的形态 ,并附有详细形态特征图。模式标本存放军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。
The present paper describes three new species of Acari collected from Western Hubei Province, China. All type specimens are deposited in the Medical Entomology Gallery, Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Beijing. Pachylaelaps badongensis sp. nov.(Figs.1-5)The new species is close to P. neoxenillitus Ma, 1997 and P. xenillitus Ma, 1985, but differs from them in the following characters: 1) reticulation of sternal plate air bladder-like in shape, and with an arched curve at the sub-anterior margin;2) tarsus Ⅱ only with 1 spine, while tarsus Ⅱ of P. neoxenillitus and P. xenillitus have 3 or 5 spines; 3) the cervix of tectum shorter, basal portion wider, and the terminal and lateral margin with more of smaller teeth. In addition, the new species is similar to P. xizangensis Ma et Wang, 1997, but differs from the latter in shorter and smaller S 8 seta of dorsal plate, and its length not reaching 1/3 of S 7 seta; the apical margin teeth of tectum thicker; the each setae on tarsus of legs Ⅱ smooth. While the S 8 seta of the dorsal plate of P. xizangensis are longer, and their length exceed 1/2 that of S 7 seta; the apical margin teeth of tectum more slender and denser; some setae on tarsus of legs Ⅱ with some small branches. Holotype ♀, collected from Anourosorex squamipes in Badong County (30°8′N, 110°4′E, about 1700m), Southwest of Hubei Province on 30 Oct. 2000.Hirstionyssus anisochaetus sp. nov.(Figs.6-11)The new species is similar to H. montanus Huang, 1990,H.shensiensis Liu et Yuan, 1963, H. xinjiangensis Ye et Wang, 1981 and H. qinghaiensis Gu et Yang, 1986. It differs from the former two species in the dorsal plate only with 26 pairs of setae, I 3 absent; mutual distance between dorsal setae D 7 about equal to that of D 6, however mutual distance between dorsal setae D 7 of H.montanus distinctly shorter than that of D 6. It differs from the latter two species in the anterior and posterior margins of sternal plate being convex, and its width about 1.49(1.35-1.62) times its length. Holotype ♀, paratypes 41♀♀, collected from Insectivora, Shennongjia Forest Region (31°15′N, 109°56′E, about 1600-2000m),Northwest of Hubei Province in Apr.to May 1994 and in Oct. to Dec. 1995.Hypoaspis wufengensis sp. nov.(Figs.12-16)The new species is allied to Hypoaspis aculeifer (Canestrini, 1884), but differs from the latter in the middle portion of posterior margin of sternal shield with a triangular process; each segment of legs Ⅱ-Ⅳ only with normal setae; the dorsal plate with 37 pairs of setae, Ⅰ 2 and Ⅰ 3 absent; the metapodal plate somewhat spherical. While the posterior margin of the sternal plate of H. aculeifer is arched in shape; has some spiniform setae on the genua, tibiae and tars of legs Ⅱ-Ⅳ; 39 pairs of dorsal plate setae, Ⅰ 2 and Ⅰ 3 present; the metapodal plate bacilliform club-shaped. Holotype ♀and paratype 1 ♀, collected from the nest of swiftlet, Collocalia brevirostris on the border between Wufeng County (30°1′N, 110°6′E, about 1700m), Southwest of Hubei Province and Shimen County, Northwest of Hunan Province on 16 Apr. 2000.
