摘要
本实验在一次性微波照射大鼠睾丸后(采用谐振腔式辐射头照射,功率6~8W,睾丸表面温度保持在41~43℃之间,时间25分钟),用硝酸镧和氯化锂示踪,经电镜和光镜观察了大鼠急性期和恢复期的血睾屏障及支持细胞,并结合光镜观察,经多次(14~176次)微波照射(加温睾丸表面温度达40~43℃,时间30分钟)后恢复期的人睾丸组织的血睾屏障.结果发现大部分曲细精管中,血睾屏障的通透性未见明显改变,但有部分曲线精管中示踪剂进入近腔小室,显示出血睾屏障的局灶性损伤.此外还发现支持细胞的超结构有明显改变.
Electron microscopic and light microscopic observations of the changes of blood-testis barrier and sertoli cells in 48 adult rats have been carried out by using the tracing tech-niques-vascular perfusion of 0.75M lithium chlorid and of lanthanum nitrate after once mi-crowave irradiation.And we observed some light cut sections of the testes of the 13 men who hadparticipated in an experimental series of microwave irradiations for the purpose of contraceptionand had stopped irradiating one year at least or longer ago.As a result of the observations,tracers were distributed in the intercellcular space betweenspermatogonia and sertoli cells in the most seminiferous tubules,but in some seminiferoustubules,tight junction jioning adjacent sertoli cells were partly damaged.It's also turned out thatthe ultrastructures of the sertoli cells were obviously changed.
