摘要
研究了不同水浴温度对小鼠睾丸组织及生精机能的影响。结果表明:30℃水浴对公鼠睾丸组织无明显影响(P>0.05);35℃水浴组,公鼠睾丸组织的曲细精管出现明显退化变性现象(P<0.05);40℃水浴组公鼠睾丸组织退行性变化极显著(P<0.01)。生精细胞对温度的敏感程度依次为:精子细胞>合线期初级精母细胞>A型精原细胞;生精上皮对温度也较为敏感,支持细胞及间质细胞对温度敏感性较差。
The effects of water-bath temperature on the structure of testis tissue and spermatogenic function were investigated. The results showed that water-bathed for 45 minutes at 30℃ had no effect on the testis tissue( P > 0.05) . The degenerative change of seminiferous tubule took place after water-bathed for 45 minutes at 35℃ ( P < 0.05) . The regression of testis tissue is extremely significant when water-bathed for 45 minutes at 401 ( P < 0.01) . The sensitivity degree of spermatiferous cells to the change of temperature are, in turn, spermatid, zygotene primary spermatocytes and type A spermatogonia. Seminiferous epithelium is also sensitive to the change of temperature. The sensitivities of sertoli cell and laydig cell are weak.
