碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的作用 被引量:2

The preventive and curative effects of basic fibroblast growth factor on hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in neonatal rats

摘要 目的 探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HIBD)的防治作用。方法  7日龄SD大鼠 30只 ,随机分为 3组 :1.伪手术组 ;2 .HIBD组 ;3.bFGF治疗组。各组 2 4h后断头取脑组织 ,进行病理学检查 ,并测定脑组织中水分、钙、谷氨酸 (Glu)、天门冬氨酸 (Asp)含量。结果  1.组 2与组 1相比 ,其脑组织水分、钙、Glu、Asp含量均增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,变性和坏死的细胞数明显增多 ;2 .组 3与组 2相比 ,病理学改变明显减轻。 Objective To explore the preventive and curative effects of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on neonatal rats by poxic ischemic brain damage(HIBD) model .Methods Thirty SD rats with 7 day old were divided into three groups randomly: sham operation,HIBD,HIBD+bFGF groups.For all rats ,the brain tissue were removed after 24 hours to make the pathologic observation and measurement of the content of the water,calcium, glutamic acid(Glu), aspartic acid(Asp). Results Compared with group of sham operation, the content of the water,calcium, Glu, Asp in group of HIBD increased ( P <0.01), the number of denatured and necrotic cells markedly increased; compared with group of HIBD, the pathological changes were lightened significantly in group bFGF. Conclusion The administration of bFGF has obvious preventive and curative effects on the experimental HIBD in neonatal rats.
