摘要
对石榴皮、苦豆子、沙枣叶等含有的植物抗氧化剂的提取及其抗氧化性能进行了分析;同时,对其作为饲料抗氧化剂的可能性进行了讨论。结果表明:这几种乙醇提取物都有一定的抗氧化性能,而乙氧基喹啉和苦豆子乙醇提取物的抗氧化性则不相上下。区别在于:在菜籽油中,苦豆子乙醇提取物的抗氧化性远远强于乙氧基喹啉;在猪油中,乙氧基喹啉的抗氧化性则远远强于苦豆子乙醇提取物的抗氧化性。这几种乙醇提取物的抗氧化性能哪种最好,还有待进一步研究。
Antioxidant activity in the food additives can prevent or delay oxidation and deterioration of food component.Antioxidative matter can eliminate oxidation produced during metabolic stage of human body,then delay overoxide oxidation,prevent hydrogen overxide oxidation produced during the storage process of oil food, i.e.prevent acidolysis of fat ,then prolong guarantee quality stage of oil food. In the paper ,the extract and antioxdant effect of the different kinds of plant antioxidative matter as in the Elaeagaus angustifolia L.leaf, Sophora alopecuroides L., Punica granatum L. skin etc. were determind and discussed,and the antioxidant activity in the feed was discussed. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of Punica granatum L.skin were best.
