摘要
通过对不同浓度(1 0μg/L、5 0μg/L、10μg/L、20μg/L)的DA-6溶液浸种对水稻幼苗抗冷性影响的研究,结果表明,各处理均可提高水稻幼苗的抗冷性,其中10μg/L浓度的效果最好。10μg/LDA-6处理与对照相比可使冷害水稻幼苗的存活率提高15 5%,电解质渗漏减少12 9%,膜保护酶SOD、CAT的活性分别提高37 9%和22 8%,脂质过氧化产物———MDA的积累降低7 0%,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量分别增加15 8%、12 9%和24 5%。冷害幼苗的叶绿素含量、光合速率和根系活力分别提高23 5%、64 5%和28 9%。
The seed of rice(Oryza sativa L.)was treated with 10 μg/L,50 μg/L,10 μg/L,20 μg/L DA-6 solution and the effects of DA-6 on cold resistance of rice seedling were studied.It was found that each treatment increased cold resistance of rice seedling,and 10 μg/L DA-6 treatment was much better.With CK to compare,10 μg/L DA-6 treatment makes the survival percentage of seedling under cold stress increase 155%,electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents decrease 129%and70%,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)increase 379%and228%,and the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline increase 158%,129%,245%,and the content of chlorophyll,photosynthetic rate,rooting ability increase 235%,645%,289%.
