目的 :用薄层色谱法分离鉴别复方克霉素乳膏中的硫酸庆大霉素。方法 :薄层色谱法。结果 :复方克霉唑乳膏中的硫酸庆大霉素分离为三个组份 ,其 Rf值分别为 0 .4 3、0 .4 6、0 .5 0。结论
Objective:To identify and isolate gentamycin sulfate in compound preparation of clotrimazole by TLC Methods: TLC Results: Gentamycin sulfate in compound preparation of clotrimazole can be isolated into three components,the Rf values of three components were 0 43?0 46 and 0 50 CONCLUSIONS Three components of gentamycin sulfate are completely separated
