摘要
目的:建立一种新的薄层方法鉴别硫酸庆大霉素缓释片。方法:将供试品溶液的浓度由10mg/ml降为4mg/ml及通过加热处理。结果:与原法相比,容易过滤,分离效果好,并与标准品的Rf值一致。结论:该方法简便,合理,可用于修改标准时参考。
Abjective: To improve the identification method of Gentamycin Sulfate Sustained Release Tablets. Method: Change its concentration from 10mg/ml to 4mg/roland deal with by heating in water. Result. The method is easy to filter and effective to seperation. Conclusion: The method is convenient. reproductive, and may be refered to revising quality standard.
