摘要
TiO2 光电催化水处理是一种电化学辅助的光催化反应技术 ,通过施加外部偏压减少光生电子和空穴的复合 ,从而提高其量子效率使有机污染物彻底矿化。本文综述了TiO2 光电催化的机理、研究进展 ,反应器开发、设计。
TiO 2 photoelectrocatalysis is a kind of photocatalytic oxidation technologies assisted with electrochemical method. Photogenerated electrons can be removed from TiO 2 electrodes before they could recombine with the holes by the application of a suitable external bias potential, so the quantum efficiencies can be improved and the organic pollutants mineralized completely. The principle and mechanism of photoelectrocatalysis on TiO 2, the recent research progress and the key problems for the scale up, design and modeling of this kind of reactors were reviewed, and some research topics in this respect and methodology were also recommended.
