摘要
本文以偏钛酸为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备纳米TiQ_2,所制得的纳米微晶平均粒径约为8.5nm,并能在700℃保持锐钛矿型晶体结构,当它应用于染料溶液的光催化分解,与MT-150W光催化剂相比,具有较好的催化活性。同时,我们用Al_2O_3陶瓷膜回收纳米TiO_2循环再利用,这为纳米TiO_2在环保方面的大规模应用创造了条件。
This paper is based on TlO2 hydrate made from intermediate products of vitriolic production method. The average grain-size of prepared nanometer TiO2 by the measure of uniformity precipitation technique is 8.5nm. It can hold anatase below 700cccccccccc. When applied in decomposing dye-stuff solution by way of light catalyst, it has preferable catalys activity, compared with MT-150W photo-catalyst. We use Al2O3 ceramics membrane for the recirculation of nanometer TiO2 at the same time. This provides wonderful possibility in the large-scale application of environmental protection.
