摘要
少数民族政治参与,是构成我国民族地区政治发展的主要目标之一。我国的少数民族政治参与有两个方面:一是各少数民族积极参与本民族或民族社会的政治事务;二是各少数民族积极参与国家政治生活。少数民族政治政策通过在宪法、法律范围内对各民族平等政治权利的具体规定,通过各民族自治管理形式的制度安排,以及在各领域内的少数民族干部政策贯彻执行,来系统地保障少数民族政治参与的权利、实现少数民族政治参与的目标。
The minority nationality participation is one of the main aims of policy development of our national area. There are two aspects in our country minority nationality participation one is that all minority nationalities participate in the nationality or national society politics. The other is that all minority nationalities participate the country political life enthusiastically. The minority nationality political policy, by the specific stipulations of all nationalities equal political rights in the range of the constitution and law, by the system arrangements of the national autonomy and the implement of the minority nationality cadres policy, guarantees the rights of the minority nationality political participation and fulfil the minority nationality political participation systemly.
