摘要
中国少数民族人权从主体的角度包括集体人权和个体人权;其中基本的政治权利是人权的重要组成部分;少数民族人权的实现程度在一定程度上取决于人们对于基本政治权利内涵的理解和制度理性设计。
The human rights of the Chinese ethnic groups can be divided into two parts in Chinese legal context ： the individual rights and the collective rights. And the basically political rights of the ethnic groups are so import that in some degree they become a great standard of human rights. The author consist that to protect such political rights it＇s important for mechanical construction.
