摘要
利用ANSYS FLOTRAN对机车牵引电机冷却风道内流场进行三维计算分析,获得了管道进出口压差和流量,为新型机车冷却管道的设计提供了可靠的依据。建议改进风道进出口形状,避免或减少流动分离,提高设备冷效率。
The differential pressure between inlet and outlet and the flow of air cooling passage can be conducted by applying ANSYS/FLOTRAN to make three dimension calculation for the air cooling passage of traction motors.It gives a reliable basis for designing the new type air cooling passage.Changing the shapes of inlet and outlet and avoiding the flow separation are suggested to improve cooling efficiency.
