摘要
虚拟现实造型语言 (VRML)作为一项技术标准 ,曾极大地推动了三维Web应用向更广阔的领域发展。但是当前的VRML标准存在着的诸多问题严重阻碍了Web上的三维图形技术应用的进一步发展。于是有了面向Web的交互式三维图形标准X3D的推出。它具有小型化、可扩展、与Web上的多种标准交互操作和媒体紧密集成的特性。对X3D的核心技术 ,XML编码及软组件思想进行了分析 。
The success of the Virtual Reality Modeling Language as a technology standard has paved the way for deployment of 3D Web applications and content on a massive scale. However, the VRML standard in its current form has serious issues. They have seriously embarrassed the advancement of the interactive 3D graphics .Thus, we provide a new generation standard of interactive 3D graphic--X3D.It has features such as lightweight ,extension ,interoperation with other relevant standards and tight media integration. This article analyzes the main technology of the X3D XML encoding and idea of soft-component .In the end , we look forward to the applications of X3D in the future.
