摘要
提出用第二代小波构造算法———提升算法 ,提取声音的基音 ,并以软件实现了提升算法对音乐和语音基音的提取 。
An approach to pick sound pitch using lifting scheme is described,and a good result is get in music and speech pitch detection using the method in computer.
