免疫荧光法对牙周炎龈下菌斑中CO_2噬纤维菌的快速鉴定

Rapidly Identifying Capnocytophaga from Subgingival Plaque of Adult Periodontitis

摘要 用间接免疫荧光法对34例成年人牙周炎患者的龈下菌斑标本和40例健康对照者口腔龈缝菌斑标本中的黄褐 CO_2噬纤维菌和生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌进行了快速鉴定,同时用 KV 选择培养基对标本中的 CO_2噬纤维菌进行了分离、鉴定,结果两种方法的符合率达85.1%,生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌在成年人牙周炎组的检出率显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。结果提示:生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌与成年人牙周炎的发病有一定的关系;间接免疫荧光法是对照下菌斑中黄褐 CO_2噬纤维菌和生痰 CO_2噬纤维菌快速鉴定的良好方法。 Using indirect immunofluorescence assay(iF assay),Capnocyto phaga ochracea and Capnocyto phaga sputigena in periodontal pockets of 34 adult periodontitis(AP)and in gingival crevices of 40 heaithy subjects were determined.At same time,Kanamycin-Vancomycin selective medium was used for iso- lating capnocytophaga from the samples.Corresponding rate reached 85.1% between IF assay and bac- terial culture assay.There was significantly higher occurence of Capnpcytophaga sputigena in AP subjects than in healthy subjects(P<0.05).These results indicate that Capnocygophaga sputigena may be one of the causes of adult periodontitis and IF assay is an effective method to rapidly identify Capnocytophaga ochracea and Capnocytophaga sputigena from subgingival plaque.
