摘要
电力体制改革已进入实施阶段,就电力体制改革中电力通信的定位和今后的发展进行探讨。分析了电力通信是保证电网安全、稳定、经济、高效运行的基础地位,电力通信应作为改革后电网公司的全资子公司,并在保证电网安全稳定运行的前提下,应逐步参与电信市场的竞争以及可采取的一些具体措施。
