摘要
分析了浮充型阀控铅酸蓄电池(VRLAB)的失效原因以及相应的解决办法;认为,正极板栅的腐蚀与生长,负极活性物质的板结收缩和孔率降低以及负极有机膨胀剂的降解和损失、极耳和汇流排的腐蚀等因素是导致浮充型VRLAB失效的主要原因。
The failure causes and resolving methods for floating charge of VRLAB were analyzed in this paper.It was believed that,the corrosions and growth of positive grids,shrinks of negative active materials and reduction of porosity as well as the degradation of organics expanders,corrosions of tabs and current collectors for negatives electrodes were main factors of VRLAB failures.
