摘要
通过对铁路退返的电力机车用DLM-170蓄电池进行充放电测试和解剖分析,并结合机车用蓄电池的使用方式和运行环境,对主要为蓄电池组容量不足和蓄电池鼓胀的故障原因进行了分析和探讨。
DLM-170 battery pack used in electric locomotives are maintained and detected periodically by locomotive depots.Batteries will be returned if the performance does not meet the requirements during warranty period.The main reasons for return are insufficient capacity and bulging of the battery.This paper analyzes and discusses the failure causes through the charging and discharging test and anatomical analysis of the returned batteries for railway electric locomotives in combination with the battery operation method and environment.
