摘要
目的 探讨高黏度样品对全自动生化分析仪加样的影响。方法 将溴甲酚绿分别溶于不同浓度的甘油作为不同黏度的样品 ,生理盐水作为试剂 ,测定加样量为 3、6、12、2 0 μl时 ,仪器非反应系统的吸光度。结果 高黏度样品加样量为 3、6、12、2 0 μl时 ,吸光度变异系数分别为 2 8 6 3%、15 5 7%、14 79%、2 7 6 2 % ,吸光度均值分别为低黏度样品 (生理盐水 )的 74 2 %、38 3%、17 0 %、10 3% ,吸光度均值与加样量不相关 (r=- 0 375 ,单侧P >0 2 5 )。结论 高黏度样品影响全自动生化仪加样精密度和准确度 ,存在着明显的加样量不足 ,随样品黏度的增加这种影响越显著。
Objective To study the effects of sample viscosity on the sampling system of auto chemical analyzer.Methods Samples of BCG were dissolved in different concentration glycerin. The samples were diluted with physiological saline and measured by the instrument at sample volume of 3、6、12 and 20 μl respectively.Results When sample volume were 3、6、12 and 20 μl, the sampling CV were 28.63%, 15.57%, 14.79% and 27.62% respectively. The absorbances of high viscosity samples were 74.2%, 38.3%, 17.0% and 10.3% of the control samples (physiological saline) respectively. The absorbancedid did not correlate to the sample volumes (r=-0.375, P>0.25).Conclusions The hyper viscosity sample may affect the precision and the accuracy of the sampling system of the auto chemical analyzer, because the sampling volume was insufficient.
