摘要
应用凝胶过滤色谱和紫外光谱研究了低聚木糖生产原料和生产过程中形成的色素。研究结果表明,低聚木糖粗产品中主要存在三类色素,第一类是黑色素,来自玉米芯原料;第二类是焦糖色素,主要来自蒸煮过程;第三类是糖类物质的酸降解产物,产生于玉米芯的稀酸预处理和蒸煮过程。活性炭对上述三类色素均有一定的去除效果,但对相对分子质量为5000的黑色素的去除效果较差。阴离子交换树脂D301-G对低聚木糖液色素的脱除非常有效,几乎能完全脱除低聚木糖液中的焦糖色素。
The colorants in the raw material of corncob and the colorants formed during production of xylo -olig osaccharide syrup were separated by g el filtration chromatog raphy and identified by ultraviolet scanning .The results showed that the colorants in XOS could be mainly divided into three main g roups.The first g roup was melanin,which was from the raw material of corncob.The second g roup was caramel,which was formed during streaming of the pretreated corncob.The third g roup was the colorants of acid decomposition of xylose or xylo-olig osaccharides,which were formed during pretreatment of corncob with dilute acid and streaming of the pretreated corncob.All of three g roups could be removed by active carbon tested in experiments,but the first g roup was more difficult to remove by the active carbon.The anion exchang e resin D301-G was g ood for decoloring of xylo -olig osaccharide syrups.Caramel in xylo -olig osaccharide syrup could be almost completely removed by D301-G.
