血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂是一类作用于血管紧张素ⅡAT1受体的药物,对血管紧张素Ⅱ的阻断作用比血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂更为完全,副作用更小,患者耐受性更好,已成为治疗心血管疾病的新型药物。
Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists are a class of drug affecting angiotensin Ⅱ AT1 receptor. Their blocking effect against angiotensin is more completely than that of angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitor. They have less side effects. They well tolerated and become the novel drug to treat cardiovascular dieases.
