摘要
介绍了尿素汽提塔专用化学清洗剂LS -85 1的制备。在动态实验装置上考察了温度、清洗剂浓度、酸度、添加剂加入量、反应时间等因素对清洗效果的影响。实验表明 ,LS -85 1专用化学清洗剂对清除尿素汽提塔结垢有良好的效果 ,综合性能优于EDTA法和LS -73
Introduce the development of special chemical cleaning agent LS-851 of the stripper of urea unit, observe influences of temperature, cleaning concentration, pH value, adding amount of additives and reaction time of dynamic experiment unit etc. on the cleaning result. It is verified that comprehensive characteristics of special chemical cleaning agent LS-851 for removing scale of stripper of urea unit is superior to EDTA and LS-731 processes.
