摘要
针对目前直接水合法生产乙二醇设备大、能耗高的状况,采用催化水合法合成乙二醇,并探讨了催化剂用量、水/环氧乙烷质量比、反应温度、压力等因素对反应的影响,得到水/环氧乙烷质量比为4/1时的较佳反应条件范围:催化剂质量分数不小于6%;反应温度大于45℃;反应压力大于0 5MPa。在此工艺条件范围内,环氧乙烷的转化率99 8%以上,乙二醇的选择性99%以上。
?Synthesis of EG by catalytic hydration was studied,with the aim of substituting it for direct hydration.When the mass ratio of water and ethylene oxide was 4/1,then,under the optimum conditions of mass fraction of catalyst not less than 6%,reaction temperature higher than 45 ℃,and pressure higher than 05 MPa,the conversion of ethylene oxide reached 998%,and selectivity of ethylene glycol 99%.
