摘要
研究信息资源 ,就要对信息资源进行测度。目前普遍采用信息资源丰裕系数模型对一个国家或地区的信息资源进行测度。该模型从信息产品的生产能力与发展潜力角度分析信息资源的发展 ,具有较强的可操作性。但认可不等于全盘接受 ,针对信息资源丰裕系数模型存在的不足 ,应对该模型进行改进 ,提出一套信息资源丰裕指数模型指标体系及测度方法。
We have to measure information resources when we research information resources. At present, we generally adopt the model of affluent-coefficient of information resources to measure the information resources in one country or one region. This model analyzed the development of the information resources in terms of production capacity and development potentiality of the information products, so it has stronger measurability. But approving that is not equal to accepting totally, according to the deficiency existing to the model of affluent-coefficient of information resources, we should improve this model and put forward the indicator system of the model of affluent-index of information resources and method of measurement.
