摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶浸渍提拉法,制备了CeO_2基电解质薄膜,测量了在不同条件下薄膜的阻抗谱。根据CeO_2基电解质薄膜的内部模拟等效电路,研究了不同掺杂浓度及不同测试温度对阻抗谱的影响。结果表明,阻抗随掺杂浓度的增加而增大,随测试温度的升高而减小。
A electrolytic film with CeO2 base is prepared by using collosol-gel dipping-pulling method, and impedance spectrum of the film is measured under different conditions. The effect of different doping density and different testing temperature on the impedance spectrum is studied based on the simulation equivalent circuit within the electrolytic film of CeO2 base. The result shows that the impedance increases with the increase of doping density and reduces with the increase of temperature.
