摘要
汉语诗歌中常常隐去第一人称指示词,英语诗歌则不然。两者迥然不同的第一人称指示词隐显模式有着不同的文化内涵。本文着重比较了第一人称指示词所反映的汉英两种文化在宇宙观和人伦方面的差异,以期引起人们在跨文化欣赏和译介诗歌时充分重视汉英诗歌中第一人称指示词的隐显模式。
The first person indicators tend to be omitted in Chi ne se poetry but impressively used in English poetry, respectively referred as the implicit and explicit modes. These two modes indicate different cultural signifi cances. This paper makes a comparison of the conceptions on both the natural and religious worlds, and the ideas on the human and social relations represented b y these two modes in view of attracting greater attention, when in appreciation and translation of poetry, to the difference between the two modes of the first person indicators in Chinese and English poetry.
