摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析香菇(Lentinus edodes)8个菌号的菌丝、菌盖(肉)、菌柄的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶以及栅栏现象试验,以鉴别香菇的不同菌株。实验结果证明:同工酶分析和栅栏试验的结果是一致的。以菌丝作同工酶分析用材料比较适合。
Thes paper studied on the isozyme zymograms of esterase and peroxidase and the result of the barrier test of hyphae,stipe,pileus of Lentinus edoes(including 8 strains). These tests indicated that the results of isozyme were similar to that of the barrier test ,and the izozyme bands of hyphae may be used for label marker bands.
