摘要
对23个菌株进行ISSR聚类分析,选择遗传距离较远的5个菌株,通过PDA平板拮抗试验验证它们为不同的菌株;测定了这5个菌株的脱氢酶活性、羧甲基纤维素酶活性、菌丝生长速度,并建立了它们与产量的关系.结果表明:上述指标与产量有较高的线性正相关;用这些指标来预测菌株的产量和杂交优势,不需进行繁琐、周期较长的出菇试验;用这种模式来选择金针菇杂交育种中的亲本,具有简便、快速等优点,可以缩短杂交育种的周期.
Five strains of Flammulina velutipes were screened by ISSR cluster analysis from 23 strains.More genetic diversity existed among 5 strains.They were also verified to be different strains through antagonistic test on PDA flat.The correlations between dehydrogenase activity and yield,CMCase activity and yield,mycelial growth rate and yield,were established.The results showed that the correlation between these indexes and yield were positively linear.The yield could be forecasted according to these indexes without cultivating test.The model of selecting parent strains for Flammulina velutipes hybridization breeding was constructed,which was handy and economic.
