妊娠高血压综合征患者血管内皮生长因子、胎盘生长因子变化的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :检测正常妊娠及妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )患者血清血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、胎盘生长因子(P1GF)的水平 ,探讨VEGF ,P1GF与妊高征发病的关系。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测 5 1例不同孕期健康孕妇 (妊娠组 )及 33例妊高征患者 (妊高征组 )血清VEGF ,P1GF水平。结果 :正常妊娠过程中 ,VEGF在早孕期为 92 2 .6 7pg/ml± 2 73.76 pg/ml,中孕期达高峰 10 6 6 .37pgtml± 36 2 .39pgtml,晚孕期降至最低水平 5 6 4 .5 pg/ml± 110 .74pg/ml;P1GF在早孕期最低为 172 .89pg/ml± 82 .76 pg/ml,中孕期开始大幅度升高至 6 2 3.0 5pg/ml± 16 6 .2 2 pg/ml,晚孕期达高峰 833.84 pg/ml± 35 8.2 4pg/ml。妊高征组VEGF ,PIGF分别为313.78pg/ml± 193.5 4 pg/ml、32 5 .70pg/ml± 16 2 .2 1pg/ml,显著低于正常妊娠晚孕期水平 (P <0 .0 0 1)。随妊高征病情加重 ,VEGF ,P1GF水平逐渐下降趋势 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :妊娠过程中 ,VEGF ,P1GF对胎盘血管的形成有重要调节作用 ,VEGF ,P1GF的下降与妊高征发病有关。 Objective:To detect serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and placenta growth factor (P1GF) throughout normal pregnancy and in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) as well as to explore the relationship between the two angiogenic factors and pathogenesis of PIH.Methods:Serum samples were collected from 51 healthy pregnant women(normal pregnant group) and 33 women suffered from PIH(PIH group). VEGF,P1GF levels were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: During normal pregnancy, maternal VEGF levels increased from the first trimester (922.67pg/ml±273.76pg/ml) to the second trimester (1066.37pg/ml±362.39pg/ml), then declined to the lowest at the third trimester (564.5pg/ml±l10.74pg/ml); whereas P1GF levels increased from the first trimester (172.89pg/ml ± 82.76pg/ml) to the second trimester (623.05pg/ml±166.22pg/ml), peaking in the third trimester (833.84pg/ml±358.24pg/ml) .VEGF and P1GF serum levels were significantly lower in PIH group , compared with gestationaI age matched controls (VEGF 313.78pg/ml±93.54pg/ml vs 564.5pg/ml±110.74pg/ml, P <0.001; P1GF 325.70pg/ml± 162.21pg/ml vs 833.84pg/ml±358.24 pg/ml, P <0.001).There was a trend that serum levels of VEGF and PIGF in PIH group decreased with the severity of PIH ( P <0.05, P <0.005).Conclusion: VEGF, P1GF play important roles in placental angiogenesis throughout pregnancy.Decreased serum levels of VEGF and P1GF characterize,and therefore seem to be of importance during the development of PIH.
