PLGF、Flt-1与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨胎盘生长因子(PLGF)及介导PLGF生物学功能的膜型血管内皮生长因子受体1(Flt-1)与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的关系及其相关性。方法选择2008年1月至2010年1月河北大学附属医院等多家医院妇产科剖宫产分娩产妇60例为研究对象,妊娠期高血压疾病40例(其中轻度子痫前期20例、重度子痫前期20例)和正常妊娠组20例,用评分法比较各组患者胎盘中PLGF水平和Flt-1免疫组织化学染色结果;用平均灰度比较各组患者Flt-1的表达定量。结果妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中PLGF评分较正常妊娠组显著降低,随着妊娠期高血压疾病的病情加重,PLGF评分逐渐降低(P<0.05);妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中Flt-1免疫组织化学染色评分显著低于正常妊娠组,随着妊娠期高血压疾病的病情加重,Flt-1评分逐渐降低(P<0.05);不同程度的妊娠期高血压疾病组与正常妊娠组相比平均灰度随病情加重有降低趋势(P<0.05)。结论 PLGF、Flt-1与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生有关,PLGF、Flt-1表达异常在妊娠期高血压疾病发病机制中起重要作用。 ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of placental growth factor(PLGF) and membrane VEGFR-1(Flt-1)with hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy(HDCP) and the correlation.MethodsDuring Jan.2008 and Jan.2010 from several hospitals including Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University,60 cases of Cesarean delivery were included the research objects,and were divided into HDCP group of 40 cases(including 20 patients with mild preeclampsia,20 cases of severe preeclampsia) and normal pregnancy group of 20 cases.Scores of placenta PLGF levels and membrane-type Flt-1 immunohistochemical staining results of different groups were compared;the average gray Flt-1 expression of each group were quantified and compared.ResultsThe PLGF in placenta of patients of HDCP group decreased significantly than normal pregnancy group,and PLGF scores decreased along with the aggravation of hypertensive disorder(P〈0.05).HDCP placenta Flt-1 immunohistochemical staining score was significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group,and Flt-1 expression decreased along with the aggravation of hypertensive disorder (P〈0.05);the mean gray tended to decrease along with the aggravation of hypertensive disorders(P〈0.05).ConclusionPLGF,Flt-1 and hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy are related.The abnormal expression of PLGF,Flt-1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of HDCP,the monitoring of dynamic changes of PLGF,Flt-1 may play an important role in guiding the treatment of HDCP.
