摘要
用氢氟酸电解腐蚀工艺研制成功一种多孔硅材料,它的光致发光谱可短至蓝绿色,用该材料制成的肖特基二极管的电致发光为黄色.
Porous silicon material has been made out and its photoluminescence of wave-lengths down to green and blue ranges observed. On these bases electroluminescence with ayellow color by means of current injection has been primarily obtained.
