摘要
本文提出一种利用红外线光源及MCS-51系列单片微机的新型高精度智能轮轨冲角测试仪。详细介绍了其工作原理、计算公式、仪器结构、主要特性及实测结果。现场实际使用结果及理论分析表明,这种新型测试仪具有测量精度高、全自动运行、智能地识别处理信号、抗震性强、稳定性好、重量轻、体积小、成本低、结构简单、使用方便等优点。因此,可把它作为新一代的轮轨冲角测试仪加以推广应用。
A new high accuracy intelligent instrument for measuring the angle of attack between wheel and rail by means of infrared ray and MCS-51 serial single-chip mi crocomputer is presented. The operation principles, formulas, configurations, major specifications and measuring results are given in detail. The results of practical measurement and analysis indicated that the advantages of this new instrument are high accuracy, automatic operation, intelligent signal recognition and processing, long-term stability in operation, and strong antivibration ability, etc. Also, it is small, light, reliable, and convenient with low cost, and simple-construction. As a result, it is worthwhile to be popularized as a new generation of instrument for measuring the angle of attack between wheel and rail.
