摘要
在激光技术问世之前,用轨基方案测定轮轨冲角是一个十分困难的课题,长期未得到解决。本文提出激光轮轨冲角测定装置,采用轨基方案测定轮轨冲角。轮轨冲角的测定对研究轮轨接触、进而解决轮轨磨耗及脱轨问题、保障行车安全具有重要的意义。本测定仪可在营业现场直接使用,在性能上超过了亚太经社理事会(ESCAP)的冲角测定装置。
Before the laser technology has come out, we used to measure the angle of attack between wheel and rail by a rail base scheme, which was difficult to perform. This question remained unresolved for a long time.In this paper, we introduce a measuring system using laser technology for measuring the angle of attack between wheel and rail by the rail base scheme, when passing through a curve. The measurment of striking angle has very important bearing on the study of rail/wheel contact and finding efficient solutions to the problem of wheel/rail wear and derailment, thus ensuring the safety of train operation.This instrument can be applied at the operation site directly and hence may have the widest applicability. Its performance surpasses the E. S. C. A. P. instrument.
