对住校生的管理，是高校管理的一项重要内容。良好的寝室文化环境能激发学生奋发向上、积极进取的意识，有利于学生实现自我教育。
The management of the resident students is an important item of the management of colleges.Good dormitory circumstances can stimulate the students to exert themselves and keep forging ahead .It's beneficial to the students' self education.
