摘要
寝室是大学生学习、工作、生活的交集点,随着市场经济的不断深入,大学生的思维逐渐由单一的模式转变为多元型,高校实行了完全学分制,班级的功能被逐渐淡化,寝室文化建设越来越受到思想政治工作者的重视,加强寝室文化建设是加强高校思想工作的有效途径。
The dormitory is a key place for the students to study, work and live. With the gradual development of the market economy, the thoughts of the college students change from the single pattern to the multitypes. So the entire credit hour system is being carried out , the function of classes is weaken gradually , and the construction of the dormitory culture is paid more attention by the political workers. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of the dormitory culture is the efficient method of improving the mentality work .
