摘要
目的 了解激素联合中药薄芝注射液对肾病综合征的临床治疗作用。方法 肾病综合征患者 82例 ,随机分为 2组 ,观察组 42例 ,对照组 40例 ,观察时间 84天 ( 12周 ) ,观察治疗前后的临床症状 ,体征及血、尿生化、肾功能、肾活检肾组织的病理改变 (光镜、电镜、免疫荧光 )。结果 激素联合中药薄芝注射液组 :消除临床症状 ,体征 ,减少尿蛋白排出及升高血浆白蛋白等所需的时间 ,短于对照组 4周以上。治疗后肾活检 :电镜下可见上皮下或内皮下电子致密物沉积明显减少或消失 ,增厚的基底膜明显变薄 ,免疫荧光强度明显减弱。结论 激素联合中药薄芝对肾病综合征有明显的治疗作用 ,其临床治愈总有效率 81 4%。与对照组临床治愈总有效率 63 2 %比较 ,有显著差异 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;可以缩短病程 ,减少复发率 (观察组无复发 ,对照组复发率达 3 2 5 % ) ;药物副作用与对照组相比也明显减少 ;可以逆转或 /和改善肾功能 ,减轻肾组织的病理损害。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of baozhi injection on nephropathy.Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(42 patients)and control group(40 patients).The treatment period was 12 weeks.The symptoms,signs,renal function,blood and urinary biochemistry and pathogical changes of renal biopsys were followed up before and after treatment.Results The herb could reduce discharge of urine protein and gradually increase albumin in plasma.Epidermal and endothelial electrical substances markedly decreased or disappeared,thickened matrix membrane became thin and immunofluorescent strength reduced.In treatment group 22 patients were cured,and the remedy was effective in 13 patients,but not effective in 5 patients.The total efficacy rate was 81.4% in the treatment group,whereas it was only 63.2% in control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Baozhi injection is effective to treat nephrotic syndrome.
