摘要
中药薄盖灵芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎肾功能与血生化指标进行动态观察分析,结果表明该注射液有增加家兔尿量,降低尿比重、血肌酐和血BUN,减轻蛋白尿以及在不同程度上纠正家兔低蛋白血症、增加血纤维蛋白原、保护和改善肾功能的作用。
The effects of GCT on renal functions and blood biochemical indexes of the rabbits with MGN were observed and analysed dynamically. The result shows that GCT Plays a part in increasing the rabbit's urir■ volume and blood fibrinogen, decreasing urinary specific gravity, proteinuria, blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), as well as correcting hypoproteinemia to some degree. It is able to protect and improve the rabbit's renal functions
