摘要
目的 :建立经会阴进路多极针射频消融治疗前列腺癌的方法 ,并验证其临床效果。方法 :采用射频多极针经会阴进路对 5例前列腺癌患者在直肠B超引导下行前列腺癌消融术 ,并观察术中、术后并发症及治疗效果。结果 :5例手术均获得成功 ,平均治疗时间 38min ,并发症少 ,术后前列腺体积明显缩小 ,PSA明显降低。结论 :经会阴多极射频消融术是一种安全有效的前列腺癌微创治疗方法。
Purpose:To evaluate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of multipolar radiofrequency thermal ablation (RFTA) for the treatment of prostate carcinoma (PCa). Methods:5 cases of prostate carcinoma were treated by RFTA via perinea under guidance of transrectal B ultrasound. The operative complications during and after operation and the operative efficacy were observed. Results:All 5 cases successfully underwent the procedure RFTA. The average operating time was 38 min, it has less complications. On transrectal ultrasonography, marked deerease was noted in the volume of prostate. Conclusions:RFTA is a safe, effectual method of minimal trauma for the treatment of prostate carcinoma.
