摘要
目的 :探讨肾上腺囊肿的诊断与治疗。方法 :分析肾上腺囊肿 12例的诊断与治疗资料。结果 :12例病例中 ,假性囊肿占 7例 ,内皮性囊肿 3例 ,上皮性囊肿 2例。结论 :肾上腺囊肿诊断方法以B超及CT为主 ,但均有一定的误诊率 ,治疗上可采取保守观察、穿刺、开放性手术或腹腔镜手术。
Purpose:To study the methods of diagnosis and treament of adrenal cyst.Methods:Twelve cases of adrenal cysts admitted from 1994 to May,2002 were reviewed. Results:In 12 cases ,there were 7 cases of pseudocyst, 3 endothelial cyst,2 epithelial cyst. Conclusions:B ultrosonography and CT are the major methods of diagnosis of the adrenal cyst.Follow up observation,aspiration,open surgery and laporoscopy are the appliable methods of treatment of the adrenal cyst.
