摘要 本文观察了一次静脉注射内毒素对LPO及SOD活性的影响。结果表明,内毒素注射后,兔丘浆LPO含量(以MDA浓度表示)及红细胞中SOD活性均同步升高,于注射后30分钟达高峰,随后下降,于第5小时,MDA水平基本恢复,SOD活性仍显著高于内毒素注射前(P<0.001)。分析认为,内毒素引起的血管内皮细胞损伤与氧自由基的作用有关。 On the basis of observation that singly intraveous infusion of endotoxin can result in significant injury of aorta endothelial cells of rabbits, we explored its mechanism. Both plasma concentrations of LPO (represented by MDA levels) and activities of SOD in red blood cells increased significantly, and reaching their top values 30 minutes after endotoxin administration. We suggest that endotoxin—induced endothelial injury is associated with the effect of oxygen free radical.
