摘要
目的 研究川芎中阿魏酸的HPLC测定方法。方法 用Agilent 1 1 0 0高效液相色谱系统EclipseXDB C84.6mm× 1 5cm色谱柱 ,冰醋酸 甲醇 水 (1 :40 :60 )为流动相 ,外标法测定川芎中阿魏酸含量。结果 阿魏酸检测线性范围为 0 .0 4～ 0 .38μg ,r= 0 .9992 ,方法的回收率为 99.63 % ,RSD =1 .1 6 % (n =5)。结论 该方法简便 ,快速 ,精确 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for assaying ferulic acid in chuanxiong by HPLC. METHOD Using Agilent 1100 HPLC series,Eclipse XDB C8 column(4.6×150mm) and mobile phase of glacial acetic acid :methanol:water(1:40:60) with flow rate of 1mL/min.The eluates were monitored with uv detector at 313nm.RESULTS The retention time for ferulic acid was 4.998min.The ferulic acid curve was linear in the range of 0.04 0.38μg with r=0.9992 .The average recovery rate for ferulic acid was 99.63%,RSD=1.16%( n =5). CONCLUSION The quantitative method was simple,rapid and accurate.
