摘要
目的:建立RP—HPLC法同时测定乐脉颗粒(丹参、川芎、赤芍、红花、等)中阿魏酸和丹酚酸B两种有效成分的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil—C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-甲酸-三乙胺.水(18.6:2:1:81)为流动相等度洗脱;流速:1.3mL/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长:320nm。结果:阿魏酸和丹酚酸B浓度分别在0.51~5.10μg/mL(r=0.9999)和35.8—358.0μg/mL(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;方法平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.4%(RSD=1.0%),99.3%(RSD=0.53%)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于同时测定乐脉颗粒中阿魏酸和丹酚酸B的含量。
AIM: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneously determining two components, ferulic acid and salviamolic acid B in Lemai Granules (Radix et Rhizoma salviae miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Chuangxiong, Radix Paeoniae ruba, Flos Carthami, etc). METHODS: The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil-C18 (200 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)column. The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-formic acid-triethylamine-water( 18.6:2 : 1:81,v/v/v) and the flow rate was 1.3 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm and column temperature was at 35 ℃. RESULTS : The linear ranges of ferulic acid and salviamolic acid B were within 0.51 - 5.1 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 9) ,35.8 -358.0 μg/mL (r =0. 999 8), respectively. The average recoveries (n =9) were 99.4% (RSD = 1.0% ) ,99.3% (RSD =0.53% ) , respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is simple and can be used to determine these two components with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
