摘要
从蒺藜 (Tribulusterrestris)的氯仿部位分离得到 8个已知的甾体皂甙元类化合物 ,运用光谱分析方法鉴定分别为 :tigogenin( 1) ,hecogenin( 2 ) ,pregna 4 ,16 diene 3,12 ,2 0 trione( 3) ,hecogeninacetate( 4 ) ,2 5 (R) spirostan 4 ene 3,12 dione( 5 ) ,2 5 (R) spirostan 3,12 dione( 6 ) ,2 5 (R) spirostan 3,6 ,12 trione( 7) ,gitogenin( 8)。其中化合物 3,5 。
Eight known sapogenins were isolated from the CHCl 3 fraction of Tribulus terrestris Linn.Their structures were identified as tigogenin(1),hecogenin(2),pregna 4 ene 3,12,20 trione(3),hecogenin acetate(4),25( R ) spirostan 4 ene 3,12 dione(5),25( R ) spirostan 3,12 dione(6),25( R ) spirostan 3,6,12 trione(7),and gitogenin(8),respectively,on the basis of spectroscopic methods.
