摘要
针对科尔沁油田调剖试剂需求 ,利用正交试验方法 ,研究了复合离子型调剖剂配方 .结果表明 ,影响调剖剂成胶性能的 6种因素主次关系依次为 :聚合物、非离子型交联剂、离子型交联剂、助剂 1、助剂 2和pH值调节剂 .确定了科尔沁油田调剖试验所用调剖剂最优配方 ,即w(聚合物 )为 0 .17% ,w(离子型交联剂 )为 0 .12 % ,w(非离子型交联剂 )为 0 .11% ,w(pH值调节剂 )为 0 .2 8% ,w(助剂 1)为 0 .0 4% ,w(助剂 2 )为 0 .0 0 1% .
According to the actual needs of profile modification, the optimization design of formulations for compound ionic plugging agent is developed by vertical intersecting tests. The six factors with the properties of plugging agent are: polymer, nonionic interrelated agent, ionic interrelated agent, the 1st assistant agent, the 2nd assistant agent and pH count regular. The formulation of plugging agents which can be recommended to profile modification pilot test in Keerqin oil fields are: polymer 0.23%, nonionic interrelated agents 0.12%, ionic interrelated agents 0.06%, the 1st assistant agent 0.04%, the 2nd assistant agent 0.001% and pH count regular 0.22%.
