体膨聚合物调剖效果及参数优化 被引量:5

Profile modification evaluation and parameter optimization of swellable particulate

摘要 利用室内仪器测试和物理模拟方法,根据体膨聚合物携带液类型以及段塞质量浓度、注入时机、尺寸和类型等对聚合物调剖驱油效果进行了实验.实验结果表明:体膨聚合物质量浓度越高、段塞尺寸愈大、注入时机愈早,调剖效果愈好;体膨聚合物的存在也会影响其携带液凝胶的成胶效果,进而对调剖效果产生负面影响;体膨聚合物物理化学性质方面的差异影响调剖效果,在使用的3种体膨聚合物中,“天津607”调剖效果最好;考虑技术和经济两方面因素,推荐矿场携带液聚合物质量浓度为300~600mg/L,体膨聚合物颗粒质量浓度为2000~8000mg/L. Researches are made into the density of polymer slug,injective time,the slug size and injective fashion by means of instrument test indoors and physical simulate method.The experiment shows that the higher the density of polymer slug is,the bigger the slug size is,the earlier the injective time is,and the better the effect of profile modification is.Swellable particulate can affect the gel-forming effect of polymer glue,and have a negative effect on the profile modification of swellable particulate.The discrepancy of swellable particulate in chemistry and physics can affect the effect of profile modification.The effect of 'Tianjing 607' profile modification is the best in these three kinds of swellable particulate.Taking the factors of economic and technic into consideration,we commend to make use of the density of polymer is 300~600 mg/L and the density of swellable particulate is 2 000~8 000 mg/L in pilot test.
