摘要
在室内及现场试验的基础上 ,提出了一种对地上立式金属储罐在线声学检测与完整性评价方法 ,该方法是通过安装在储罐底周边附近的传感器接收来自罐底的声信号 ,经过对声信号分析 ,确定罐底活性缺陷的状况 ,并间接判断腐蚀等级 ,做出对储罐的完整性的综合评价 .该检测与评价方法的应用 ,实现了对地上立式金属储罐的在线监测与评价 .
On the basis of experiments in field and in lab., an online acoustic detection and integrality assessment method for vertical storage tanks is put forward. By this method, sensors on the edge of the tank floors are used to receive acoustic signals from tank floor. After analysis of signals, the state of active defects is determined. And the level of corrosion of tanks is estimated indirectly, on which integrality of tanks can be evaluated synthetically. With this method, on line monitoring and assessment of above-ground vertical metal storage tank are made possible.
